Busserull er den norske varianten av en tradisjonell arbeidsskjorte som var vanlig i Europa fra 1800-tallet. Den har primærsnitt og er ganske enkel å konstruere.
"Busserull" is the 150 year old Scandinavian work shirt commonly worn by workers and farmers. They were also popular in the sixties and seventies, and I used to wear them as a child.
I have made one in a wool fabric bought at a viking market. The design is simple, it is made out of rectangles and squares. This is a birthday gift for someone who turns 50, so the buttons are coins from 1968.
Hovden formal farm wear has made a success out of selling busserulls.
